Yeah this is the crux of the problem.  

Tokuma itself encourages us to petition publishers... and for this to be
effective, we need more fans in the US to write these letters.

Even the guests the AX panel, while not being able to CONDONE fansubs, had to
admit that they have been effective in building the LoGH fanbase.   So guess
in the spirit of MST3K... keep circulating the tapes and write everybody.

More specific question here for Sue, did the Gundam books really sell that
poorly? -- and here I thought they were pretty good. ^^;
